We’re seeking someone like you to join our stellar Information Systems team. As part of our crew, you’ll bring your top-notch technical leadership skills and hands-on guidance to our talented Salesforce architecture and development team. Salesforce is a key player in driving transformative changes throughout our business, and you’ll be at the heart of it all. Your mission is to ensure that our Salesforce architecture is scalable and on point and that the quality of our development work is nothing short of exceptional.
▪ Manage technical teams of developers, providing guidance and support on technical design and acting as an escalation point for issues
▪ Salesforce Architect Certification would be beneficial
▪ Build strategy for upcoming platform releases and other emerging technologies
▪ Create and manage technical documentation
▪ Work directly with stakeholders to lead projects, facilitate business process sessions, develop and deliver key components of technology solution
▪ Business Process Automation, Requirements Definition, Process Flow Analysis, Gathering full scope requirements.
▪ Have detailed understanding of Salesforce development (APEX, SOQL, LWC, SQL, VF Components)
▪ Have detailed understanding of RESTful Integration and other integration methods
▪ Assigns Responsibilities and Directs Work of Project Team Members
▪ Monitors Progress, and Follows-up
▪ Analyses / Identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimise
▪ Experience in Project Management, Team Management, Delivery Excellence, Quality Assurance.
▪ Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and DevOps software development methodologies
▪ Project Delivery Experience in Salesforce.com Technology and various other domains
▪ Salesforce Technical Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
▪ A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
▪ At minimum of 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and to develop and execute data migrations.
▪ A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
▪ Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality delivery by providing clear requirements and direction
▪ Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform
▪ Judges trade-offs between technology, feasibility and best practice to make choices that fit the constraints of the project
▪ Identify the varying skill sets and levels within the team to appropriately assign work and guide the project in the best way possible
▪ Works directly with clients to develop and deliver key components of technical solutions.
▪ Lead technical discussions and workshops internally
▪ Understands Integration and Migration concepts and has experience with Salesforce APIs
▪ Experience applying appropriate release management approaches in a professional capacity
▪ Experience of raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate
▪ Experience of all phases of the project lifecycle
▪ Contribute to development of peers as well as the CRM practice as a whole
▪ Partner with the sales team to drive new services revenue
▪ Provides technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assists the Enterprise Account Executive with managing the deal cycle
