About the role

You will be joining the Information Systems team to provide excellent technical leadership and hands on guidance to our Salesforce architecture and development team. Salesforce is one of our key platforms for driving transformational changes across our business. Your role is to ensure the scalability and suitability of our Salesforce architecture and the quality out our development across all Salesforce developments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Configuration and Customisation:

▪Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including thecreation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

▪Implement and maintain security settings, profiles, and roles to ensure data integrity and user access control.

▪Customize page layouts, record types, and related lists to optimize user experience and streamline processes.

▪Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

2. System Administration and Maintenance:

▪ Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.

▪ Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels and data sharing.

▪ Monitor system performance, data quality, and usage to proactively identify and resolve issues.

▪ Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new functionalities and drive continuous improvement.

▪ Coordinate with Salesforce support and external vendors for issue resolution and technical support when necessary.

3. Data Management and Integration:

▪ Perform data analysis, cleansing, and migration tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.

▪ Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronisation.

▪ Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data transformation rules for integration projects.

▪ Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.

4. User Training and Adoption:

▪ Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features.

▪ Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their questions and assisting with system-related challenges.

▪ Promote user adoption of Salesforce by identifying and implementing strategies to drive engagement and utilisation.

▪ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user needs, and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.

 

What you will need

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

▪ Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years’ experience, preferably with Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.

▪ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

▪ Good knowledge of formula fields, flow builder, email communication process and Case management

▪ Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.

▪ Experience with data migration, integration, and third-party app integrations.

▪ Proficient in Salesforce administration tools, such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.

▪ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

▪ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.

▪ Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is desirable.
