We’re on the lookout for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our vibrant squad. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our sales and customer relationship management processes!

▪ Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.

▪ Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that align with the company’s goals.

▪ Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and other configuration tasks.

▪ Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

▪ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and recommendations.

▪ Perform unit testing, system testing, and bug fixing to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.

▪ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding best practices and standards.

▪ Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

▪ Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities, ensuring data integrity and security.

▪ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues and user inquiries.

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

▪ Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

▪ Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

▪ Proficiency in declarative configuration on the Salesforce platform, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules.

▪ Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework and Lightning Web Components is highly desirable.

▪ Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and ETL tools.

▪ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.

▪ Experience with version control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools.

▪ Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder are preferred.

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

▪ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

▪ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

▪ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
